Grading Rubric for PowerPoint

1. Open Powerpoint template then minimize

2. Open link to CDC then toggle between the two

3. Save you PowerPoint after each addition

    The first time: File, save as, choose computer location with your user name and the $ sign

     

     create a new folder: "JMS Science",

     then save under file name your name disease name class period

     For example "shelleyputnamcommoncold2"

4. Save each time after that by clicking the save icon or by going to

    "File" then "Save"

5. If you have a jump drive remember to save it on that also.

6.  Save your completed work to the Shared File JMS.

     File, Save as, shared files JMS, Mrs. Putnam, your period,  (make sure your name is in your file name!!!!!!!!!!!), save
